The competition classes are extra allowing the "just for fun" dancers to train without being distracted by competition training and visa versa.

Text from the school its self:
The Redmond School of Irish Dancing has been going since November 1998. Their teacher Catherine Redmond was the first qualified TCRG to teach on mainland Europe and also ran the first ever An Coimisiun Feiseanna in Holland. The Redmond School is the largest irish dance group in the Netherlands with over 100 dancers taking lessons weekly. The school is not just about Irish dancing but has a large social group, here all the dancers as well as parents can enjoy irish culture at the many events the class runs. The group also competes in Feiseanna on mainland europe, England and Ireland
